Our History
In 1964 Dwight Blair started the Blair Heating & Air Conditioning Services, LLC from his kitchen table. His son Jay worked with him on the weekends to learn the business.
In 1982, Jay officially took over the business from his dad, and his first employees were his son Jason and brother-in-law, Steve Ford. The company has remained a family-oriented business. Everyone is treated as a family member, whether you are related or not.
Over the years, Jay and Jason have attended many classes to update their knowledge and skills in the heating and air conditioning business. Both of them are certified state contractors.
The business is run with the highest customer care and consideration.
